The neutrality project will soon be offering courses to help you on your journey towards understanding and practising body neutrality. Our courses will cover a range of topics such as food and body neutrality, mindfulness, self-compassion and intuitive eating. Each course aims to provide you with the tools needed to achieve a more positive relationship with food, exercise and your body.
